3. Products

Our argan products are 100% natural, handcrafted in Morocco. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Prices and payments

Prices shown include VAT. We accept the following payment methods: Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer and Bizum. Payments are 100% secure.

5. Shipping

We ship throughout Europe. Delivery times are 5-7 business days after order confirmation. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

6. Returns and warranties

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return. Products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, etc.) is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Lor de la Nature.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for damages that may arise from improper use of this website or the products purchased. We recommend performing an allergy test before use.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Morocco.
